In my role, I am challenged with integrating new digital and IT functions into total solutions that support business growth. We need to balance this growth with a transformation towards being more service-focused. And we do that by harnessing the power of data.

The journey to becoming data-driven comes down to a connected digital ecosystem. We are creating a digital element in every customer touchpoint, so that we can harness insights from that data to better our customer’s experience, and build a more prescriptive model in engaging our customers
