Our Culture

Working at Thermo Fisher offers a truly unique career experience. Our mission-driven culture, global network, diversity of business and skillful colleagues position us well to make a positive impact in the world around us. We encourage our colleagues to invest in the communities where they live and work while thriving in their careers with us.

With numerous locations (onsite and remote) throughout the UK, colleagues enjoy flexible, comprehensive benefits and the opportunity to become involved in many different employee engagement and giving efforts.

As part of Thermo Fisher’s Corporate Social Responsibility programme, Community Action Councils (groups of employees leading the development and management of employee volunteering opportunities and giving at individual sites) have been established at our UK locations. The range of activities are open to all colleagues to participate in.

Igniting an Early Passion for STEM: Nurturing the Next Generation
