The individual will have primary responsibility for leading top line related actions and P&L analysis by proactively working with commercial and operation team. Work as main contact person and providing support to local commercial team, preparing MBR deck, conduct deep financial analysis and lead the communication with global BU. Build assumptions models and drive alignment for top line target between commercial/China mgt team and global finance team.
Strong learning abilities and analytical skills are needed and this person should also be passionate, be able to work under pressures/challenges and be able to work independently and handle tough cases and conflicts.
Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:
- Prepare weekly rolling rev forecast template to each product line. Proactively work with commercial team and supporting functions to understand risks and opportunities
- Work as business partner. Provide financial support to commercial team and global finance team. Lead the communication / alignment with BU global finance leader
- Prepare monthly business review deck
- Manage / tracking channel inventory
- Backlog and B2B conversion trend analysis
- Opex and HC analysis and control
- Adhocs
Educational Qualifications:
- College degree or above, majored in Accounting or Finance related
Experience Qualifications:
- Above 8 years working experience in relevant position for a multinational company is preferred;
- Good knowledge of finance analysis, reporting;
- Strong analytical skills, and strong track record of accurate and timely financial reporting;
- CPA/ACCA/CMA certification is preferred;
- Strong interpersonal skills, proactive communication;
- Be proficient in English;
- Be proficient in Excel. Experience with PowerBI/SAP/Hyperion/CMR is preferred.
- Willing to learn and grow.
