How you will make an impact:
Our Finance function is responsible for providing oversight and support for our fast-paced, innovative and global finance teams. Seeking a GL Accountant I Representative to ensure excellence related to reporting, standardization on accounting process and problem solving, opportunities to optimize processes and eliminate process inefficiencies and redundancies. It will provide you a good view to gain the knowledge how a successful enterprise is operating.
It will partner with a broad number of external and internal business partners, such as CSR, Commercial Finance Team, supply chain team, Compliance & Audit.
What you will do:
- Perform G/L entries posting in compliance with US GAAP/CAS/IFRS and group reporting purpose.
- Perform in month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing in a timely manner.
- Review trial balance, reconciliation sheet and make necessary analysis.
- Submit monthly reporting package timely and accurately.
- Responsible for timely and accurate monthly PRC B/S P/L report.
- Prepare inventory analysis report timely.
- Familiar with revenue recognition and perform deferred revenue.
- Prepare Tax reports and statistic reports based on government requirements, which includes monthly/quarterly tax declaration.
- Coordinate with internal/external auditors for the auditing.
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by team leader.
