Join us at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. in a role that promises an ambitious and rewarding career path. As a (part time) Receptionist II in Lengnau, you will be part of a world-class team that is dedicated to making a positive impact on the world.
This position is part time 60%.
Responsibilities
- Manage the flawless handling of customer and supplier visits
- Coordinate back office duties, including office supplies, distribution, and meal vouchers
- Serve as the central contact point for mail and packages
- Provide support for the switchboard
- Collaborate with security personnel for badge creation and access regulations
- Offer administrative support for various projects and departments at the location
- Prepare and successfully implement meetings and workshops
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills
- Fluent English and German language skills (French language skills are nice to have)
- MS Office, digital literacy
- Ability to determine and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong collaboration skills to work with diverse teams
- Proficient in using office software and technology
- Strict attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
