Third Shift (Nights)

Environmental Conditions

Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)

3rd Shift Hours: Sunday - Thursday 10pm - 6:30am

Job Responsibilities

  • Successfully implement and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to ensure compliance with strict quality and safety standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of operators, encouraging an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
  • Determine and troubleshoot issues in real-time to maintain production efficiency.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet ambitious production goals.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required documentation and reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational excellence.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Education Required: High school diploma or GED
  • 2-3 years of manufacturing or product management experience required
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a diverse team.
  • Ability to strictly adhere to safety and quality protocols.
  • Proficiency in using manufacturing software and systems.
