Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Working in compliance with legislation and IMS
  • Customer demand management with focus on on-time, product completeness and high quality.
  • Effective and precise material planning with focus on customer needs, inventory targets and manufacturing capacities.
  • MRP parameters management, reporting for designated products, alignment of customer orders with production scheduling, shop order release, parts shortages identification, work with appropriate people to expedite material, track shipments according to request and commitment date, notify manager about potential issues.
  • Maintain logistics data and structures in the ERP, CRM and other operation systems. Focus on data accuracy.
  • Reporting, analyzing, corrective actions setting.
  • Teamwork, drive, willingness to help and support others, proactive communication.
  • Focus on open and straightforward communication loop.
  • Act in conformity with 4i values.
  • Drive PPI business system in daily work, drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated, objectives driven personality with strong customer orientation.
  • Drive for improvement in processes and efficiency.
  • Fluent communication in English (both written and spoken) is a must.
  • Proven track of record in logistics/supply chain.
  • Knowledge of ERP-systems and supply-chain.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Stress-resistant.
  • Ability to operate in corporate company with matrix-organizational setup.
  • Ability to work in an international environment.

Competencies:

  • Flexible and improvising when needed/looking for alternatives with other disciplines/suppliers
  • High pace of working and being able to look after peaks (especially at the end of quarters)
  • Foresee upcoming problems and act accordingly (find solutions with several parties involved and/or escalate on time)
  • Attention to detail, client friendliness, stress reliability, team and result oriented, able to et/re-set priorities in favor of quarterly deliverables
  • Adherence 4i values
