Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Standing for full shift, Strong Odors (chemical, lubricants, biological products etc.)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of operators to successfully implement manufacturing processes.
- Develop, monitor, and strictly adhere to production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and resolve any production issues.
- Implement world-class manufacturing practices to achieve outstanding product quality.
- Conduct regular training sessions to maintain high standards of operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum Required Education: High School Diploma/ GED
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
- 2-3 years experience in a manufacturing or product management role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to encourage and motivate a diverse team.
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
