Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and guide a team of operators to achieve outstanding production goals.
- Coordinate daily manufacturing operations to ensure strict adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Develop and implement process improvements to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive ambitious projects and meet product delivery timelines.
- Monitor and analyze production data to determine areas for continuous improvement.
- Train and mentor team members to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum Education Required: High school diploma or GED
- 2-3 years of manufacturing or product management experience required
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a diverse team.
- Ability to strictly adhere to safety and quality protocols.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software and systems.
