We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Commercial Effectiveness Manager for the APJ (Asia Pacific and Japan) region. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving both direct selling and channel effectiveness This position requires effective data analysis and the ability to distill insights to drive business decisions and improve outcomes. This is a highly visible role, where you will work closely with the regional leadership team, commercial leaders, sales operations teams, and FP&A partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement commercial effectiveness strategies to enhance direct selling and channel partner performance across the APJ region.
  • Collaborate with regional SFE and Channel teams, monitor performance indicators, and provide regular actionable insights.
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that drive standard work methodologies and increase efficiency.
  • Analyze sales, pipeline, channel data, and trends to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
  • Partner in initiatives to improve sales enabling technologies to support effective sales process management.
  • Drive program management and ensure a successful rollout of key commercial effectiveness projects.
  • Develop and deliver regular reports and presentations to leadership teams on performance and key initiatives.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience related to commercial excellence/SFE/Sales operations and a bachelor’s degree in business or engineering. MBA or Pharma/Life Science background is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, and sales analytics tools. Experience in Power BI will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to credibly interact with diverse groups and cross-country teams.
