Roles & Responsibilities:

Revenue responsibility - Achieve the sales of instruments / reagent, consumable sales target for all the segments in that region.

Sustain and grow speciality diagnostics division (Biochemistry, Immunodiagnostics and Microbiology) products in East region of India. Microbiology business in both industrial (Pharma & Food) and clinical market of Bangladesh. Also explore all the new opportunities there.

New Product Introduction-Develop and grow new products market in East and Bangladesh for both industrial and clinical segment as per product demand.

Channel Management-Monitor and develop all the channel partners in assigned territory. Setting up the AOP and align them to achieve it. Continuous monitoring of the Channel Partners and customers for both supply and payment process, Stock, Expire, Liquidation, ROI and business / AOP plan.

SFDC- Update all the opportunities regularly and enlist new opportunities. Also register daily activities on the SFDC.

Compliance-Monitoring Channel Partner to align them as per company policies/compliances.

Promotional Activities - Conduct promotional activities like CME/ conferences / symposia’s – either independently / by providing scientific support to channel partners & commercial labs’s marketing team. Participate and engage in the National and Regional conference. Conduct Roadshow in tier 1 and tier 2 Cities. Customer Demo for all the instrument's.
