Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Market Intelligence Collection and Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth tracking of market dynamics in the fields of research, biotechnology (Biotech), hospitals, and in vitro diagnostic (IVD) companies, identifying potential market opportunities and risks.
  • Collect and coordinate industry data, including market size, growth rate, competitive landscape, and dynamics of key enterprises, to provide the company with a comprehensive market overview.
  • Assist business teams in identifying high-potential market opportunities, enabling the company to formulate more targeted market entry strategies.

Supporting Business Development

  • Work with sales team on market trend analysis, identify potential customers, and develop sales strategies, encouraging generation of high-potential leads yearly, improving sales efficiency and customer happiness.
  • Collaborate with project management to evaluate new project market viability and offer risk management recommendations for successful project implementation in target markets.
  • Help the Global BD team develop global market entry strategies and analyze target markets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Intelligence Sharing

  • Coordinate with the China BD team and global BD team to ensure alignment of information and effective execution of work plans, improving team collaboration efficiency.
  • Attend meetings with R&D, commercialization, and BD teams to enhance business plans, driving project execution, encouraged to bring new collaboration opportunities yearly.

Intelligence System Development and Maintenance

  • Maintain a market intelligence database to ensure data accuracy and timeliness, providing reliable support for informed decision-making.
  • Develop tools and processes for intelligence collection and analysis, improving team efficiency, encouraged to save Hours of worktime annually.
  • Regularly update market intelligence reports, ensuring senior management and relevant departments stay informed about the latest market developments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Life science education background and proven marketing intelligence work experience or analyst related to life science (preferred)
  • Strong insights of segment market, trends, customers, players and key solutions, etc.
  • Strong communication skills and strategic thinking (project experience or strong in cross-function communication)
  • Good great teammate, strong passion in marketing work, willing to challenge and create.
