How you will make an impact
This is an outstanding opportunity to join Thermo Fisher Scientific as an Marketing Operations Specialist, a key marketing role dedicated to ensuring flawless execution of marketing strategies. You will collaborate with a world-class team to successfully implement marketing processes and achieve ambitious goals.
Location: 100% on-site in Hillsboro, Oregon
Responsibilities:
- Drive consistent end-to-end marketing process improvements.
- Improve partner “customer journey” with the marketing team division.
- Implement capabilities into Workfront and build insightful reports.
- Improve operational reporting through analytics partnerships.
- Track and optimize marketing operations metrics.
- Ensure operational efficiencies and important metrics are achieved.
- Collaborate on leadership and Strategy Deployment frameworks focusing on critical metrics.
- Effectively partner with each team across our marketing team, ensuring processes and needs align and are communicated effectively.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years in marketing operations within a fast-paced, global organization.
- 2+ years of Workfront experience.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and excellent problem solver.
- Decisive with strong business insight.
- Skilled in data analysis and driving marketing performance improvements.
- Great teammate with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in maintaining business processes and training materials.
- Ability to build strong working relationships across the organization.
- Innovative problem solver with a drive for marketing technology advancements.
