Job Description

  • Coordinate and support the development and preparation of the annual strategic plan, annual operating plan (including annual budget, monthly/quarterly forecasts), and monthly results analysis.
  • Perform forecasting and analysis of SG&A spending on a monthly basis, provide SG&A spending progress reports to partners to help handle spending within the budget.
  • Prepare for APJ and Country forecast meetings by validating and updating information in the templates
  • Work with the accounting and APJ finance team to ensure close timelines and reporting requirements are met.
  • Provide pricing and margin scenarios for bidding on big deals and public purchase cases to generate revenue, working with the Commercial team to ensure timely execution.
  • Handle data uploads into the planning system, build cost centers, and connect with the Corporate EDM team for system maintenance.
  • Retrieve, consolidate, analyze, and summarize data from large data sets using SQL.
  • Perform special projects and ad-hoc financial reporting as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or relative fields (accounting, finance, data science, engineering, mathematics, statistics)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or related position
  • Interested in business and commercial fields and agile to environment changes
  • Excellent analytical capabilities including BI tool, SQL, Excel and relational database skills
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to simplify and coordinate sophisticated problems.
  • Detailed understanding of and experience with accounting and financial reporting
  • Teamwork skills – Able to effectively collaborate with peers in other functions and with colleagues in other businesses or divisions
