Responsibilities

  • Promote products and services offered by the company and third party to the customers.
  • Apply knowledge and understanding to explore, develop and identify sales opportunities, and to develop/implement strategies, programs and other business activities that will drive revenue and growth.
  • Crafting customer awareness, carefully ascertaining customer needs and matching them with the organization’s products.
  • Meet or exceed sales target on a quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Increase sales by actively selling and developing tactical plans to increase sales revenues.
  • Ensures compliance with the company SOP regulations.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; Automation , chemical or Environmental Engineering related education background
  • At least 2 years sales experience in heavy or light industry, analytical instrument industry.
  • Excellent sales skills and good track record of successful sales experience.
  • Familiar with flow cytometry technology.
  • Strong communication ability in oral and writing to express ideas clearly and concisely, excellent listening, questioning and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently with high energy, passion and timeline, teammate and ability to work under pressure, positive demeanor, multi-task, prioritize and result oriented.
