Responsible for account management in each 전라지역 to sell to academy, government and pharmaceutical bio companies.
Plan, coordinate and handle a sales territory. Actively develop and target new business/sales opportunities within the marketplace. Handle the sales cycle.
Effectively communicate and negotiate sales contracts with customers. Educate customers on new products and product improvements.
Accurately articulate and present product features and benefits.
Work closely with sales manager for territory business planning and implementation.
Actively communicate customer issues, current prospects and marketing events to management team.
Interpret and lead key financial result areas, i.e. revenues, volume, margins, days outstanding and forecasting.
Collaborate closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, product development, and customer support to achieve overall business objectives.
Consistently attain or exceed sales, profit, and market share goals within expense guidelines.
Lead business development initiatives in the region to improve market share in major/key accounts.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field; or the equivalent knowledge and functional experience.
Master’s degree or equivalent experience will be advantageous.
Experience:
At least 7+ years selling experience in Biotech industry.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Good presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills, Good English communications in both oral and written.
Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with scientific discussion with customers.
Strong analytical skills and intellectual ability to develop ideas, grasp sophisticated product applications, and apply creative thinking.
Good data analysis and biz planning skills High energy, teammate and capability of working under pressure Self-motivated, initiative, open-minded, and detail-oriented
Communicate account objectives and action plans to management via weekly business reviews and other communication vehicles.
