Team and Location:
Join our ambitious team where innovation meets world-class scientific advancements. This is a field sales position covering the Ventura County or North Los Angeles, CA territory. Residency within the territory is required.

A day in the Life:
- Aggressively pursue new sales opportunities within the territory.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with current and future clients.
- Collaborate with channel partners to develop and close sales opportunities.
Keys to Success:
- Strictly adhere to sales goals and performance metrics.
- Successfully implement strategies to improve client solution opportunities.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree required. An emphasis in Life Sciences or equivalent experience recommended.
Experience
- 2+ years of sales experience in the laboratory industry or lab experience.
- Knowledgeable of diverse laboratory product applications.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities.
- Proven capability to negotiate and close business effectively.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
- Willingness to travel to meet sales goals.
- Ability to work in various laboratory environments.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $53,000.00–$78,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
