Our two-year Graduate Leadership Development Programs are designed for recent MBA/Master’s level graduates interested in becoming a General Manager or Senior Leader in Human Resources. General Management - MBA

Our Graduate Leadership Development Program, General Management track provides a unique opportunity for high-potential MBA graduates to develop the skills necessary for careers as a General Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific. With the oversight of senior leaders and a dedicated program manager, the program offers broad experience in different facets of general management while allowing exposure to our core processes, technologies, and leaders. 

Human Resources

The Thermo Fisher Scientific Graduate Leadership Development Program (GLDP), Human Resources track provides a fantastic opportunity for high-potential advanced degree graduates to develop the skills vital for a career in HR at Thermo Fisher Scientific. This unique experience enables participants to influence business decisions, take real time action, and prepare you to be a senior leader in the HR function.
