We are looking for an exceptionally skilled and ambitious Sr. Developer to join our team. Key Responsibilities
Solution Development:
Design, develop, and implement advanced solutions within our platform.
Customize applications and facilitate seamless integrations with other enterprise systems.
Develop and maintain flows, business rules, and UI policies to optimize user experience.
Technical Expertise:
Configure and manage applications, including the creation of custom forms, tables, reports, and widgets.
Write and debug complex scripts to support advanced automation needs.
Integrate with external systems using APIs and transform maps.
Teamwork:
Work closely with teams, business analysts, and technical leads to gather requirements and design solutions.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on standard methodologies.
Platform Optimization:
Perform system upgrades, health checks, and performance tuning.
Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
Recommend improvements to improve system functionality and user experience.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure solutions align with industry standards and organizational policies.
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in development.
Advanced expertise in relevant modules and technologies.
Proficient in programming and integration techniques.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant certifications.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations.
Experience with other modules and DevOps practices.
