We are seeking an experienced professional to support automation, integrations, system updates, mergers and acquisitions, and other payroll related projects. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Excel (including macros, VBA), Power BI, and Power Query to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and ensure seamless payroll operations.

You will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing processes, ensuring they are both efficient and compliant. Keys Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement automation solutions for payroll integration, transition, and merger projects
- Utilize Excel macros, Power BI, and Power Query to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy
- Design and maintain automated reporting tools to support payroll processes and decision-making
- Collaborate with payroll, finance, and IT teams to identify automation opportunities
- Troubleshoot and enhance existing automation solutions to optimize performance
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing payroll processes and systems.
- Use advanced Excel functions to develop and maintain payroll-related calculations and dashboards.
- Collaborate with teams to gather and record business requirements.
- Find opportunities to streamline and improve payroll processes.
- Analyze data trends and ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required.
Your Background:
- 5-7 years of experience in automation and process optimization
- Expertise in Excel (macros, VBA), Power BI, and Power Query
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working on payroll integration and transition projects is a plus
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate technical solutions effectively
- Experience in a multinational company with a diverse workforce.
