As a Systems Analyst for our HR chatbot powered by artificial intelligence, you will play a pivotal role in crafting how we support our employees. This ambitious project offers you the chance to contribute to an exceptionally forward-thinking initiative within a proven, industry-leading company.
A day in the Life:
- Capture business requirements from a technological perspective
- Perform testing of the AI chatbot, reviewing responses, decisions, and transactions
- Run detailed reports on chatbot and HR service usage
- Assist the project architect with Proof of Concepts (POCs)
Keys to Success:
Success in this role requires balancing technical and business skills, working effectively during US hours, and collaborating with diverse teams.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
Experience
- Prior experience in systems analysis
- Experience working in HR
- Experience with content management systems and file repositories
- Experience with AI and chatbot technologies
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
This role is primarily office-based with some flexibility for remote work, focusing on a collaborative and inclusive environment.
