Job Description

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Workflow Solution Designer to play a crucial role in developing and proposing customized workflow solutions for our customers. This position requires staying abreast of the latest technologies and trends and using our comprehensive product offerings to deliver tailored solutions. The Workflow Solution Designer will also be responsible for conducting training programs, organizing customer events, developing professional training courses, and ensuring lab safety and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Customized Workflow Development:

Collaborate with the Lead Sales Development Representative to develop and propose customized workflow solutions that meet the specific needs of our customers.

Technology Integration:

Stay informed about new technologies and industry trends.
Demonstrate our company’s comprehensive value offerings to propose the most suitable, customer-specific solutions.

Training Programs:

Implement training programs aligned with customer workflows to ensure effective use of our solutions.

Event Planning and Execution:

Organize and conduct customer events aimed at sharing the latest technologies and industry information.

Professional Training Course Development:

Develop and conduct training programs designed to enhance the skills of professionals in the bio/pharmaceutical industry.

Laboratory Management:

Ensure the safety and general management of the laboratory, maintaining a high standard of operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher on biochemistry, molecular biology or relevant major
  • 3+ years of laboratory experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a related industry.
  • Experience in training on bio/pharmaceutical research and development equipment
  • Research or development experience in cell/gene therapy, vaccines, or pharmacy/pharmacology is highly desirable

Essential Skills/Knowledge:

  • Cell Culture: Proficient in cell culture techniques, including maintenance and manipulation of cells.
  • Gene Expression Analysis: Skilled in analyzing gene expression and protein levels post-gene delivery, including gene delivery vector development/analysis or protein characterization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Optimization of Cell Culture Media: Enhancing and optimizing cell culture media for improved gene delivery and expression.
  • Monitoring of Cell Lines and Animal Models: Techniques for monitoring changes in cell lines or animal models after gene delivery, such as imaging technologies and physiological assessments.
  • Gene Editing Tools: Experience with gene editing tools such as CRISPR-Cas9, TALEN, Zinc Finger, and related technologies.
  • RNA Regulation Techniques: Skills in regulating gene expression using RNA-based techniques, such as RNA interference (RNAi).
