Finance department is managing financially company’s clinical trials, which are the main source of operations and revenue for the company.
We are looking for an Associate Finance Analyst, where you will be responsible for the financial management of a portfolio of different clinical projects. It is a role in a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily deliverables and compliance tracking for less complex projects and assignments.
- Identify issues related to contract modifications, contract values, and contract deliverables to ensure flawless execution.
- Prepare internal and external client financial reporting with strict attention to detail.
- Perform comprehensive analysis of budget to actual data on monthly, quarterly, and annual bases for revenue calculations and forecasting.
- Prepare payment schedules, invoice back-ups, and process invoices to maintain cash neutrality.
- Conduct regular reconciliations and analysis of revenues and billing on a project and company level.
- Build trackers, financial tools, dashboards, and provide technical solutions by manipulating large datasets and compiling data.
- Analyze cost assignments to ensure all assigned projects adhere to accepted cost accounting standards.
- Support management in assessing and minimizing risk on revenue and gross profit as well as balances associated with assigned balance sheet accounts and financial processes.
Education and Experience:
Relevant higher education;
Previous project financial management experience is preferable;
2-3 years of relevant experience required
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Ability to manage the finances of a large number of projects and respond quickly to requests for project financial information and review project contracts;
Ability to prioritize, to meet multiple deadlines and to work under pressure;
Good analytical and quantitative skills and ability to handle data effectively;
Ability to work in a team and to work using own initiative with minimal supervision;
Very good communication skills - to be able to communicate with people across the globe;
Strong organizational and project administration skills;
Flexible, quick learner with attention to detail;
Good IT skills particularly MS Excel;
Excellent English language skills;
