Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and repair services on Thermo Fisher Scientific equipment.
Ensure all service activities are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Provide outstanding customer service and support, addressing customer inquiries and concerns efficiently.
Maintain detailed records of service activities and customer interactions.
Conduct training sessions for customers on the operation and maintenance of equipment.
Collaborate with internal teams to successfully implement solutions and improvements.
Travel to customer sites to perform service tasks, strictly adhering to safety and compliance guidelines.
Field software support, workflow and DSE capability
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role.
Strong technical skills and understanding of complex equipment.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel frequently within South Korea.
