Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking an ambitious and proven Engineer II, Field Service to join our world-class team in Chennai. This is an outstanding opportunity to contribute to our mission of enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
Responsibilities:
Install and service HPLC, IC, and GC instruments, ensuring flawless performance and customer happiness
Successfully implement maintenance and repair protocols for analytical instruments
Determine root causes of technical issues and provide timely, effective solutions
Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure outstanding service quality
Develop commercial revenue in the South1 region by engaging with potential clients and growing our market presence
Requirements:
Engineering graduate with a minimum experience in analytical instrument service
Proven track record in resolving technical challenges effectively
Excellent communication skills to foster productive collaboration internally and externally
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
