As a Field Application Scientist (FAS) Single Use Technologies, you will have the outstanding opportunity to craft the bioproduction landscape through outstanding support and new way solutions.
Requirements:
- Strong background regarding cell culture process
- Process modification experience
- Tech transfer knowledge & experience (scale up or scale down)
- Engineering knowledge: SUD equipment and process design
- Validation knowledge
- Smooth communication skill with customers
- English communication capability to bridge global teams with customers
- Willingness to explore new application or new process (Harvest & Purification)
Jobs to Do:
- Post-sales support for customers: Training, Technical support, Troubleshooting
- Transferring new technology & industrial trend to colleagues and customers
- GEMBA walk for process design, review and consultation
- Communication with customers to determine customers’ need and interest
- Support pre-sales activities: BDC or CEC tour, Demonstration, Training
