Location/Division
UnityTM Lab Services is a business segment that supports the Customer Channels Group, which provides critical outsourced on-site services at customer locations focused on improving supply chain and research operations efficiency and effectiveness. Examples of these services are Stockroom and point-of-use inventory management, sourcing and order management, dock management, asset management, and laboratory support services including glassware washing, gas cylinder management, and media preparation. We provide services at over 400 customer sites globally, which deepens the customer relationship and creates value for our customers through improved productivity, data to drive decisions, and lowered operating costs.

Keys to Success:
Minimum Education
- Bachelor's degree in physical or life sciences, business, engineering, or chemistry. or equivalent experience in relevant fields required.
Minimum Experience
- 7+ years managing field service teams with proven leadership skills. .
- 3+ years in scientific instrumentation.
- Experience in Trace Elemental and Inorganic Mass Spectrometry preferred.
- Strong budgeting and financial competence.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Proficiency in Office Suite and SAP.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Lean, Six Sigma, or PPI training is a plus.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
Primarily remote with occasional travel. Must be able to prioritize and work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $103,100.00–$154,700.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
