Location/Division Specific Information
This role is based in either Eindhoven, the Netherlands or in Brno, Czechia, within our multifaceted MSD R&D organization. You'll be part of a dedicated team driving product security initiatives across the division.
Discover Impactful Work:
As a Project Manager in Product Security, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet world-class security standards. You will work with product teams to build and complete project plans, assist with remediation plans, as well as responding to customer security questionnaires. Your work will have a direct impact on making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
A day in the Life:
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to determine project scope and timelines.
- Drive the prioritization and execution of the MSD R&D Product Security operational backlog.
- Identify and manage scope changes in a timely manner.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to partners, including senior management.
- Prepare and deliver security reports and presentations.
- Monitor project progress and advocate for security priorities.
Keys to Success:
Education and Experience
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in electronics, computer science, or relevant technical experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a project management role.
- Relevant experience in Cybersecurity.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Experience with project management methodologies (PMI, PMBOK, Agile).
- CISSP certification is a strong plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining flexibility.
- Proficient in English (verbal and written); additional language skills are an asset.
- Required travel is low (5-10%).

This role involves a standard office environment with the possibility of remote collaboration.
