We are seeking an upbeat, responsible intern to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be encouraged to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures. You will focus on learning how our organization runs, and can be expected to gain valuable insight that can further your curiosity about your chosen career field.

You will join the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Plant in Monza to support the Quality Control Teams. Demonstrating your academic background, you will gain a hands-on experience in a highly dynamic and international manufacturing environment.

Position Summary:

The candidate will be involved in the Digitalization projects of the Quality Control (QC) department. Currently, the workflow in force are still involving paper-based system and complex processes to perform the QC activities. The Documentation and/or systems can be optimized by conversion to electronic version managed by different systems (e.g. LIMS, Documentum).

This position will be in charge for, but not limited to, these types of activities:

  • Digitalization project involvement and training;
  • Optimization and simplification of current workflow;
  • Issue relevant documentation based on team needs and assigned priorities.

Responsibilities:

To follow the digitalization project and to carry out activities to meet the request target date for the implementation project.

Education

  • University degree or experienced high school diploma in Pharmaceutical/Biomedical context
  • Bachelor's degree in scientific fields (CTF, Biology, Biotechnology, etc.).

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Good English level (written and spoken).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, PC usage, and document management systems.
  • Basic IT knowledge of SQL, PMX, MES, SAP databases is a plus.
  • Precision and attention to details.
  • Collaboration, communicative and self-organization demeanor.
  • Interpersonal and good communication skills.

Would be advantageous

  • Skills in Microsoft Office in particular to Word and Excel tools.
